Back: circular calligraphy represents a taiko drum, painted for us by the Oshosan monk at the Zen Buddhist temple in Fukui, who is famed for his calligraphy. The white signature is his, and the orange block at the top right of the design reads: Mugen Taiko Dojo, which literally means "the place of the way of limitless taiko drumming"
